Payment Procedure: All program fees are based on a yearly tuition from September through mid June. Tuition can only be made in annual, semi-annual, or monthly installments. For your convenience, we permit payments to be made in ten equal installments. The payments are not based on the number of days each month, the annual tuition is divided into ten equal installments. Tuition is due on the 20th of the month prior to attendance. Installment payments made after the 25th of each month are subject to a 10% late fee.
Hours of Operation:   ICMA is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for students with extended care.  The academic day hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Half day hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  There is a THIRTY (30) DAY ADVANCE WRITTEN NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL, REGARDLESS OF REASON.  However, after April 1st of the current year, parents are still responsible for the last three installments (April – June).
